By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I hold all copyright to my artwork.All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.Commissions are in $USD only.Any payment are made through PAYPAL.These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.If commissioner wants any changes once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur. This only applies if I have to redraw anything.Color changes are welcomed before i send the files to you, with no extra charges. After I send the files, color changes will have extra charges.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.I appreciate you for the time you've taken to read the terms of service thoroughly.

ORDERING

Please include as many details and references as possible when you are making your order. It is not my fault if the work does not turn out like how you wanted it to be without references.You MUST provide references/pictures of the basic character look (hairstyle, outfit, skin tone, etc.)Please DO NOT ask me to copy another artist's work. I will draw them in my own style and way. If you do not like the sketch, tell me what I can improve on/what you want so I can revise it for you.RUSH ORDERS are available with an additional charge, let me know if you need it. (+%50 of the total commission price)

PROCESS

Time to complete the commissioned work may range from 7 days to 1 working month depending on your slot allocation.In cases where I may develop health/personal issues, I will let you know as it will delay the timeframe to complete the commissioned work.A more complex commission will take longer to complete.Please opt for 'Higher Priority Order' if you need the commissioned work to be finished in a shorter period of time. (+%50 of the total commission price)Please DO NOT RUSH ME as I am drawing to the best I can without compromising the quality.Rushed work is never good work.

revision policy

SKETCHING PHASE - You are ONLY allowed up to 2 requests to redraw the sketch completely to a different pose/emote. Minor revisions are unlimited for sketching phase, but please do not repeatedly reject my revised work and ask for the previous version.COLORING PHASE - NO CHANGES TO ANY LINEART after approving them/once I begin coloring process.COLORING PHASE - You are allowed to up to 4 requests for minor changes, STRICTLY NO LINEART REVISION.NOTE: *Any additional revision requests are charged for USD$5 per request.
